Hungarian Sweet Truffle
It is a very particular mushroom, its organoleptic qualities are far from resembling a truffle, its aroma is of fresh foie and its intense flavor is sweet, with a marked aftertaste of licorice, which immediately floods the palate and remains for a long time. Although it has a sweet flavor, it is used in both savory and sweet dishes, and goes very well with meat, fish and, of course, desserts.
