The base of this wine is Oloroso, which retains its body and powerful aromas softened by the Pedro Ximénez that provides the sweet notes.
Tasting notes: Dark mahogany color and unctuous appearance.
On the nose we recognize the characteristics of oloroso with a sweet touch, reminiscent of caramel, nougat and caramelized almonds.
Velvety on the palate, sweet and with a long aftertaste of dried fruits.
