TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SHIPMENT

We process national and international orders within 24h (or 48h depending on the country of destination) according to product availability.

Orders take 24 hours if placed from Monday to Thursday until 4:00 pm.

All orders received from Thursday 16.01 to Sunday 24.00 hours are shipped the following Monday and will reach the customer on Tuesday during SEUR's regular schedule which is usually from 09.00 to 13.30 hours (except Sundays and local or national holidays).

The national shipments to the peninsula, France or Portugal, are cold and insured so that the transport of this precious product is carried out properly in the best conditions of conservation.

International shipments are sent with a porexpan packaging designed to guarantee maximum quality, aroma and freshness, without breaking the cold chain during the entire journey.

Shipments will be made with:

  • SEUR 13:30h for all our utensils.
  • SEUR 13:30h COLD for pestos, eggs and fresh truffles.
  • SEUR, DHL or FEDEX for international shipments.


IF I BUY FRESH TRUFFLE, IS IT SHIPPED IN ONE PIECE?

Truffles are shipped in one piece as long as there is stock, otherwise and without previous notice they can be shipped in several pieces. In any case, we always guarantee the highest quality and freshness of the truffles purchased.

For example, if 80 grams of truffle is purchased, it will be sent in one piece if there is stock, but if not, for example, a 50 grams piece and another 30 grams piece could be sent to complete the purchased weight of 80 grams.

RETURN POLICY

UTENSILS

Returns can be made up to 14 calendar days after receipt of the product. The shipping costs of the products shall be borne by the customer.

To exercise your right of withdrawal within the indicated period of 14 calendar days, you must send us the withdrawal form, completed and signed to the address Avenida de la Paz Nº21, Local 2, Getafe (Madrid), CP: 28907 or by mail to the address: info.trufasalonso@gmail.com.

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised within the stipulated period, Trufas Alonso will reimburse any payment received from the consumer, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which the consumer and user has been informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

Trufas Alonso will make the refund using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly stated otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

FRESH PRODUCTS

The customer declares his knowledge before the purchase, and knows that the truffle is a highly perishable product, so it is not possible to return it. However, in case of receiving a fresh product with appreciable damage attributable to transport or defective shipment, it will be exchanged.

In this case, the customer has 24 hours after receipt of the fresh product to communicate this situation to the following e-mail address: info.trufasalonso@gmail.com.

In the event that the returns are due to a product defect, Trufas Alonso undertakes to exchange the defective product for an equal one, taking charge of the shipping costs.
