We are small producers of black truffle Tuber Melanosporum with our own plantations in Teruel, in the region of Gudar-Javalambre.
We have made truffles and the truffle world our passion and true devotion and therefore we have specialized in them.
Our variety of truffles
White Truffle
(Tuber Magnatum)
With an alliaceous aroma, its flavor is intense, very pleasant and subtly alliaceous.
Black Truffle
(Tuber Melanosporum)
Its flavor is intense and very pleasant, like nuts, a feast for the senses.
Spring Truffle
(Tuber Borchii)
It has aromatic qualities similar to the white truffle, but its flavor is more identified with dried fruits, especially nuts, and its intensity is lower.
Summer Truffle
(Tuber Aestivum)
With a mild aroma, its flavor is reminiscent of nuts, hazelnuts and almonds.
Autumn Truffle
(Tuber Uncinatum)
Its flavor is quite markedly nutty, similar to the summer truffle Tuber Aestivum, but with a much more intense aroma and flavor.
Hungarian sweet truffle
(Mattirolomyces Terfezioides)
Its aroma is of fresh foie and its intense flavor is sweet, with a marked aftertaste of licorice.
